Taco Tuesday – HEALTHY Edition

Who doesn’t love Taco Tuesday?! We love it so much that we admittedly have it more than once a week. Taco Friday sounds just as good – right?!

In the spirit of Fitmas, I’m sharing our tried and true h e a l t h y Taco Tuesday recipe! There are so many different ways to switch it up, and it’s practically fool-proof. This is the basic recipe – simple and nutritious. We’ve swapped the turkey for shrimp, added bell peppers and black beans, and even turned it into a taco bowl . . . seriously, the possibilities are endless!

We get 4 servings out of this recipe, and it takes less than 30 minutes to prepare from start to finish. Give it a try, and let us know what you think!
