Hey hey – back at it with another healthy favorite today! I have probably meal prepped this recipe at least 3 times in the past couple months. It’s that good – and that easy. Bonus: your kitchen will smell ah-mazing.
I’m all about keeping this lifestyle simple, so I usually pair it with about 1/4 cup cooked basmati rice OR 1/4 cup cooked sweet potatoes* and steamed broccoli [frozen, of course]. I’m able to get 5 lunch portions out of this recipe, but I have doubled it and easily prepped 10 meals.
