Happy Sunday, happy SECOND week of FITMAS! What a fun-filled first week it has been. The ladies in our Fitmas group have been crushing it, and I can’t wait to cheer each other on for another week.

Week 2 – Let’s do this! New week, new goals, fresh mindset. Bring it on. Will you be joining us?
Sundays are for goal-setting and meal planning. I challenge you to grab a journal or open a note in your phone, and write down 2-3 short-term goals that you could accomplish this week and 1 long-term goal that you’re determined to work towards.
Grab your copy of the Fitmas Meal Plan template, and plan your meals for the week. Head out the grocery store and prep a few things today to be on track for a simple and successful week!
Finally, do something today that makes your heart happy. Leave space in your day to smile, laugh, and e n j o y the chaos. Here’s to a week filled with happiness, health, and wellness!
