Lower body workout today – let’s do this one together! Lower body workouts always leave me feeling strong and powerful [and sore – haha]. It doesn’t have to be pretty, but DONE is better than nothing.
Training Tip: Engage [squeeze] your core throughout each exercise. This is the key to improving your balance and lifting heavier weights!
ALSO – it’s #waterchugwednesday! I have made it a goal to drink 1/2 a gallon [64 ounces] of water every day . . . are you with me?!
