*N E W* Lower Body Fitmas Workout

Hey hey, it’s Wednesday and my most favorite training day! LOWER BODY. Let’s get it done together!

These workouts are designed for progression. If you’ve been following since the beginning of the Fitmas challenge, try increasing your weights this week!

Using heavier weights will increase your lean muscle mass and cause your body to burn more calories while AT REST. Win, Win. Do not be afraid to move up – this will [n o t] make you bulky. I promise.

*training tip – keep your core tight and engaged during ALL of the exercises . . . hellooo ab definition!
