Let’s get moving!
If you’re feeling sluggish and unmotivated today, just GET there and start with a 5-10 minute walk. This is one of my go-to motivation hacks. A few minutes on the treadmill usually makes me eager to do more . . . but, even if it doesn’t work, I’m already m o v i n g, and I’ll end up doing a little active recovery walking. Win, win!
