Over the past year or so, l e g  d a y has gone from my most dreaded training day to my absolute most favorite. I can’t be the only one who goes through these phases!

I have noticed more progress in lean muscle definition when programming heavy lifting exercises with high intensity cardio. This combo is THE BEST and will have you looking good and feeling even better within a few short weeks!
