Lower body training days always leave me feeling s t r o n g & powerful! However, if you’re not focusing on engaging and contracting your muscles through every movement, you won’t get the full benefits of the exercises. Stay slow and controlled, and reallyyyy squeeze your glutes at the top of each rep.

Keeping that in mind, let’s build a booty!
